Register an account and choose residential IP

For ordinary people surfing the Internet, if it does not involve account registration and use, but only browses news information, searches for information, etc., the quality of Internet IP does not actually matter. However, if you always encounter strange errors when registering an account, you can change your residential IP and try again, which may improve the success rate.

Based on my personal experience, when I first registered a Netflix account in Egypt, I frequently got stuck in two links:
