First of all: I have personally verified that a Helium phone number can be used to register a Google account. 2. Internet access environment
There is no requirement.

3. Registration Entrance
Search for the "Helium mobile" app in the Apple or Google store. If you use an iPhone, remember to change to a store account in another region.
4. Package Selection
Helium's traffic is meaningless to domestic Chinese users, so just choose "Zero Plan".
