2. Software use
When using it, you need to log in to the teamviewer account to control the mobile phone, but not to control the mobile phone. Teamviewer’s free account supports binding two devices, which is enough. When you use it for the first time, you will be prompted for various permissions, just click to agree to them all.
In my opinion, compared with remote control software such as airdroid (airmirror), teamviewer has no usage time and traffic restrictions, which is relatively friendly.
3. Remote control

If one is an Android phone and the other is an iPhone, the situation will be more complicated. An iPhone can control an Android phone, but as the master controller, the Android phone can only share the iPhone screen.
It should be noted that some elders’ mobile phone plans may not include much data traffic. Mobile phone data may even be turned off all year round, and broadband may not be available at home. In this case, the conditions are not met for remote control of the mobile phone. Therefore, it is a good idea to consider getting a "family number" or a "mobile phone supplementary card" for your parents to share your calls and data.
