There is a difficulty, or knowledge point, in this operation process that everyone needs to pay attention to: that is the hardware conditions for forcing the opening of a US dollar virtual card.

The software Shadowrocket or Surge mentioned above are both for Mac or iOS. In other words, you must have one of iPhone, iPad or Mac computer to complete the final card opening.

The main manifestation is: you have changed the email address, and the system also prompts you that the change is successful, but after refreshing, the original email address is still there. Paga Wallet has a feature: if you change your mobile phone number, your bank card can be used normally, but you can no longer recharge successfully. If you still want to use the bank card normally, you need to send an email to the customer service to handle it.

Step 2: Customer service asks for information

First, the system will assign your question to a customer service representative, who will then reply with an email. The email will ask you to provide relevant information about your Paga account, including: name, username, email address, account number, balance, and the last three transactions.

Here comes the key point: Don’t reply to emails directly! Don’t reply to emails! Don’t reply to emails!

Step 3: Provide correct account information

In theory, you can just reply to the email directly. But in many cases, doing so may result in no response.

A safer way is to pay attention to the Ticket link at the bottom of the email, which is Paga's work order system.
