Compared with other Android phones,GoogleGoogle's Pixel phones have some unique features, and GoogleVPN is one of them.
Starting from the Pixel 7 series, Google VPN has been built-in and can be used free of charge forever.
However, since China has blocked Google's ports 80 and 443, if you want to use GoogleVPN normally, you need to use a pre-proxy to connect. After the connection is successful, you can use GoogleVPN directly.
This is equivalent to exchanging a relatively cheap, average-quality data center IP for a high-quality Google IP with no traffic restrictions.
Regarding the front-end proxy, I use singbox, you can also use V2rayN or Clash, the operation process is the same.
Next, we will demonstrate:
1. Open the front proxy
First open singbox
Connect the next node
To prevent incorrect connection rules, you can change to a global proxy, that is, select Global.
After the connection is successful, switch to GoogleVPN
2. Open GoogleVPN
We turn on GoogleVPN
When connected, the small key representing the VPN icon in the status bar will disappear
At this time, quickly switch to singbox and reconnect
Then, switch back to GoogleVPN
Wait for the connection to succeed.
If you are not proficient, repeat the operation several times.
3. Check IP
Let’s take a look at the IP address again. It does belong to Google Cloud, which means the connection is successful.
4. Test network speed
Next, let's test the network speed. I'd like to explain that when I made this video, I was in a supermarket on the basement floor, and the mobile phone signal was very average. As it was close to the Spring Festival, there were many people in the supermarket, so the data is for reference only.
