In the past two days (July 24th/25th), I have successively registered Netflix Turkish and Egyptian accounts to verify the above remarks, hoping to help friends who are watching. During this period, there are also some problems that require the power of time to solve, so let the account fly for a while.
The following is the detailed registration process for Netflix Turkey and Egypt accounts, and lists the tools required.

3. Key points for registering a Netflix account

The registration process for Netflix is similar in all countries and regions. Here are just two key points.

1. After entering your account, you need to use your local mobile phone number to receive the verification code.

Here you can use the number of the SMS forwarding platform to receive it.
When entering the bank card account number and accepting the text message for confirmation, there is a chance that even if you use a residential IP and a fingerprint browser, you will not be able to enter the next step. My experience is to "refresh and re-enter" multiple times, and then pass.

2. Bind domestic mobile phone number

On Netflix, the mobile phone number registered to receive verification SMS and the mobile phone number bound to the account can be different. After verifying that the local mobile phone number receives text messages, you also need a mobile phone bound to the account. This mobile phone number can be a domestic mobile phone.
Therefore, even if the SMS forwarding platform number can only be used once, it will not affect subsequent operations such as using the mobile phone number to retrieve the account password.

4. Usage restrictions for new Netflix accounts in Türkiye and Egypt

1. Turkish account

At present, Netflix’s restrictions on new accounts in Türkiye are indeed very strict. Friends who have the same luck mentality as me recommend that you stop being so stubborn. Let’s wait until after the first billing cycle on August 24 to see if there is a chance to break through the regional restrictions.
However, a few days ago I tried to use the Egyptian node to open the Tu District account, but now my Egyptian node is down and there is no way to reproduce it. Because I have found a way to watch Netflix on a daily basis, for free and relatively steadily (see Part 5). So I don't care much about other methods.

2. Egyptian account

Compared with the soil area, the Egyptian account has a much higher degree of freedom. I have changed nodes in Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Turkey (I have enough time... right...), and I can watch it on browsers, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad and Android phones. Therefore, registering a new Egyptian account is a good choice.
Even so, when logging in to an account on each device for the first time, it is best to log in to the node where the account is located. When I used other nodes to log in to these two new accounts, I was unable to log in, and I succeeded after changing the "natal" node.
However, I'm not sure this is necessary. Because when testing the multi-node viewing situation later, with the same device/account/node, the circumvention tool will fail when using "helloworld", but changing to "openclash" will be no problem, which makes me speechless.

5. Build a free node to watch Netflix

For some reasons, this part of the content is not visible on some platforms, please reply "netflix" to view it.
Netflix's 4K video consumes about 7 to 15 GB per hour. If you want to watch it casually, you will need at least hundreds of GB or even hundreds of GB of data a month. However, airports that can stably unblock Netflix and have nodes in Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, India, etc. are still relatively expensive. A few hundred gigabytes of traffic per month at this kind of airport costs about tens of yuan, which is not very cost-effective.
Therefore, my method solved the following problems:

3. You can watch Netflix, and other media is theoretically possible, but it has not been verified;
